【DAY ONE】私のルーツ
今天去见了来自海南岛的新加坡朋友。
今日は海南系シンガポール人の友人に会いに行った。
Today, I visited my Hainanese Singapore friends.
来到这里不知为何心情就平静下来了。
ここに来ると何故か気持ちが落ち着く。
For some reason,I always feel a sense of calm whenever I come here.
我从未见过海南岛的爷爷。
私は海南島出身の祖父に会ったことがない。
I’ve never seen my Hainanese grandfather.
但是，为什么现在长大了，我还会说海南话呢，偶尔会觉得不可思议。
でもなぜ私は大人になっても海南を話せるのか
とても不思議に思う。
It’s intriguing how I’m still able to speak Hainanese even as I age.
可能是已故爷爷送的礼物吧。
亡き祖父からのプレゼントかもしれない。
Perhaps it’s a gift from my late grandfather.
一边想着这些，一边和朋友一起吃了正宗的海南鸡肉饭。
そんなことを思いながら、友人と本場の海南チキンライスを食べた。
I was eating Hainanese chicken rice while
thinking that.
英语、海南话和普通话混合的对话…
英語と海南語と北京語が混ざった会話…
English,Hainanese and Chinese…
感受到新加坡的多民族性。
シンガポールの多民族を感じる。
The moment I felt the multi-ethnicity of Singapore.
友人度过了愉快的时光
楽しい時間を友人と過ごせて嬉しかった。
I truly enjoyed my time with my Hainanese friend.

Singapore
約一年ぶりのシンガポール。
今回は5泊6日の短い旅。
会いたい人たちに会い
行きたかったところに行き
また一つ
新しくなったシンガポールと出会い
変わらないシンガポールにも再会し
たくさんの学びを得た旅となった。
After an absence of about a year ,
I visited Singapore once again.
During my brief 5-night,6-days trip,
I spent time reconnecting with beloved friends
and exploring destinations I have eagerly anticipated visiting.
Encountering familiar faces and exploring places
I’ve yearned to visit,
each moment brought a sense of fulfillment.
This journey became a profound learning experience,enriching my understanding of myself.
